4 Reasons why Pooping is good for your skin

Pooping is natural and it should happen regularly.  When you poop on a regular basis, you feel good and you look good.  I want to go into the 4 reasons why pooping is good for your skin.

Removes toxins

The first reason pooping is good for your skin is that it removes toxins from your body.  When you eat a meal or a snack, your body does its thing and extracts the nutrients out of the food.  The waste (your poop) gets excreted, along with any toxins.  Removing toxins means that it can carry away those things that are causing inflammation in your body.

Healthy body

If you poop regularly, that means you are taking in enough water, fiber, and healthy foods.  When you are eating a balanced diet that includes all the nutrients and vitamins you need, your body works more efficiently.  This turns into health skin.  But, if you suffer from acne, it could be that those toxins we talked about aren’t being removed.  Try drinking some celery juice – that’ll make you poop.  Read more:  Does celery juice make you poop?
