Since hormones and how we feel are a direct result of what we’re eating, eating healthfully is so important because it dictates how well our guts are working.  Nutrients make our hormones work well and when we’re not eating the things that help our hormones, how are we expected to feel good?  We end up with moodiness, acne, depression and period problems that we don’t want to talk about – let alone, face.  That’s why these are the 3 leafy greens to eat to balance hormones.
