Young sprouts for young skin

Getting older sucks sometimes because our skin can start to show our age.  Try young sprouts for young skin to see how you can look younger.

Look, we’re all getting older.  Everyday.  It’s inevitable so there is no fighting it.  What you can fight is how you look and feel about it.  The more that you abuse your body and your skin, the older you’ll look.  That’s not what we want.  I’m not saying that you should do everything perfectly – no one is perfect and no one can expect you to be.  You are amazing and wonderful.

Since sprouts have a ton of vitamins, including Vitamin C, that’s a great skin benefit.  In fact, it’s one of The 3 best vitamins for skin.  It’s an antioxidant and it helps our collagen.  The older we get (and it’s happening every day), we need help with our collagen because it starts to break down.  If we’re eating foods high in vitamin C, it’s going to boost our collagen and in turn, will make us look better.

Your skin will look better, have less acne breakouts, and you’ll look and feel younger.  Give them a try.  Eat them on a salad or even as a side.  It doesn’t matter but help yourself to some sprouts.  My favorites are:

  • Broccoli sprouts
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Clover sprouts

I also eat radish sprouts but they are a bit spicey for me so I make sure I eat those with a salad – it gives it just enough kick but not too much.
