Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month it’s a good time to stop and take care of ourselves.  So, Nutt So Ruff would like to remind everyone to do a monthly self exam.  It only takes a couple months and it’s a good way to know your body.

Did you know that just a few years ago, breast cancer accounted for about 25% of all cancers?

So, do your monthly breast self exam and if you feel something that feels different, consult your doctor.
