Origins of St. Patrick’s Day
St. Patty’s Day is a religious Holiday, always celebrated on 03/17. St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and was actually a slave. After his eventual escape, he taught religion to the people. March 17 is the actual anniversary of the death of St. Patrick, according to History.com. So, this is the date that we celebrate.
Plans for a Happy St. Patrick’s Day
