What is National Chocolate Covered Anything Day?

National Chocolate Covered Anything Day is a day to celebrate chocolate by dipping anything your heart desires in chocolate.  How fun!  What do you like dipped in chocolate?  Here are some suggestions:

  • Fruit like strawberries, grapes, pineapple, bananas.
  • Nuts like almonds, cashews, peanuts.
  • Potato chips
  • Ice cream

What is my favorite?

Personally, I love chocolate dipped strawberries and nuts like almonds but I also love me some ice cream dipped in some chocolate.  Yum!  Truly, anything dipped in chocolate has to be delish, right?
