Today is National Women’s Equality Day 2022!  Let’s come together and celebrate women!  Women are powerful!

National Women’s Equality Day 2022

Today is the day!  National Women’s Quality Day 2022 and what does that mean?  It means that women have the right to vote.  We have the right to be heard and that our opinions matter.  As stated in this article from the White House Briefing room, we’ve been able to vote since 1920 – but that didn’t mean all women at the time.  It wasn’t until 45 years later that women of color could vote.

Let’s always remember that even basic freedoms can be taken away and we can’t sit back and do nothing.  Continue to let your voice be heard by voting!  Women are strong and can help ensure everyone is treated fairly and equally.  You know what’s right so do your part to ensure everyone is treated the same.
