What skin care product should you buy
Overwhelmed with all the options out there for skin care? There’s a lot. So, if you’re wondering what skin care product should you buy, I’ll tell you.
What skin care product should you buy?
There are so many options of different skin care products, it is so hard to know what to buy. Should you use the cream, the moisturizer, or the lotion. What about that toner or essence that you saw an ad for? I’ve talked for years about how all these skin care companies are trying so hard to get you to buy their products without helping you to understand what YOU and YOUR skin really needs.

Not everyone has the same skin care needs. Even if you have oily skin like a friend of yours does, it doesn’t mean that you should use the same products. Skin is as individual as you are. What works for you may not work for others. There’s a lot that goes into it.
What to look for
Your decisions should never be based on price. I get that price is a factor. What I’m talking about here is thinking that if you spend $50 on a product that it will be the miraculous product the company wants you to believe. Just because something costs a lot doesn’t mean that it’s good for you. The marketing companies want you to think that the more expensive something is, the better it is. That’s just thievery.
On the opposite side of that are the cheap products. If a product is only a few bucks, many think that it won’t be effective. This could be true but it could also be totally false.
It’s all about the ingredients! Read the ingredients list and refer to our skin care ingredient checklist. And, then look at our list of pore clogging ingredients. If any of these ingredients are listed in that $50 bottle of magic, stay away.

And, don’t be fooled by marketing terms like hypoallergenic – this term isn’t regulated by the FDA so marketers love this term because it fools consumers. Be smart and check ingredients. You may find that you save a lot of money on skin care and your skin may just look amazing!
