Winter – time to cool off

Yes, it’s still winter – time to cool off – with some vodka that is!

Wintertime

This season is the hardest on skin.  The air is drier and our skin gets very dry because of it.

If you suffer from oily skin, maybe this isn’t as big of an issue for you.  Still, you may notice certain parts of your body get drier than when the air is humid.  On the other hand, if you already have dry skin, now it’s even drier and that doesn’t feel good.  You itch – ALL THE TIME!

  1. Drink enough water.  Not getting enough hydration is adding to your dry skin problem.
  2. Use a humidifier in your home.  Adding even a room humidifier can help your skin from the scaley mess it is.  You’ll even notice your houseplants will do better as well.
  3. Try making your own skin care products like this freshener for oily skin.  It’s winter – time to cool off!
