Almonds for anti-aging
So, what can almonds do for your skin? Are almonds for anti-aging a thing? Yes and here are my 2 biggest reasons why I love almonds for anti-aging:
- Wrinkles and age spots – Because almonds contain vitamin E, they can help lessen the appearance of wrinkles and age spots. Better still, if you exfoliate with a face scrub that contains almonds, it will also help dull looking skin look younger. This is because all those dead skin cells that get stuck in those crevices make wrinkles more pronounced. Remove the dead skin and you have more vibrant looking skin!
- Puffiness – because almonds are rich in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties, they can help reduce puffiness.
