The first thing you need to do when looking at cheap makeup products is that it doesn’t contain ingredients that are harmful to skin.  Is your makeup safe?  Any makeup or skin care product can include toxic ingredients that you should avoid.  Remember, cheaper isn’t always better but that doesn’t mean you can’t find something affordable that won’t hurt your health.

There are companies that I call makeup thieves.  Skin care and makeup companies have large advertising and marketing budgets.  They are in the business of making money.  Sure, they say they want you to look good but many have deceiving product labels.  That’s why it is so important to become familiar with some key ingredients and know which to stay away from and which are OK.
