Other pumpkin treats
I know pumpkin pie is always a huge fall favorite. It’s very popular around the Thanksgiving holiday and even Christmas Holiday. Personally, I enjoy a pumpkin roll. I used to make it with my aunt so that could be why I love it – because of all the memories we made.

What treats do you love and why? Is it a cheesecake and what will you be enjoying on National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day?

Acne Prone Skin
As much as I love treats, I know that sugar can cause inflammation, which can contribute to acne. So, moderation is key. IT’s OK to enjoy a treat every now and again but do it sparingly. Enjoy life and you’ll be able to control your acne – if you don’t overdo it with the sweets.
