What cause back acne

Wondering how to get rid of pimples on back?  What cause back acne?  Do you have blackheads on back?  Chest acne?

Embarrassment

If you suffer from back acne (or also known as bacne), I am sure you have a lot of questions.   It is seldom talked about and you most likely are too embarrassed to even ask questions, let alone wear anything that might show any indication of what you’re dealing with. I know you can be desperate to find a solution.

What cause back acne

Bacne can have several causes.  Sometimes it’s hormones and if you’re prone to them, it can be frustrating.

With acne, your pores are clogged and that happens when dead skin cells, oil, dirt or other debris gets stuck in your pores.  To help prevent clogged pores, you need to be consistent with the skin care regimen.  Not only do you need to cleanse regularly, but you also need to exfoliate!

Our bodies go through their own natural exfoliation process but depending on our skin type, it may have a hard time getting rid of these dead skin cells.  For example, with oily skin, the dead skin cells become sticky and can’t slough off by themselves.  This is why it is important to manually exfoliate.  Plus, with bacne, you have clothing that is holding this oil close to your skin…making it easier to get trapped.

So cleanse daily with a gentle exfoliator and exfoliate on a regular basis.  If you sweat excessively for any reason, you must wash yourself off.  For instance, if you do a lot of exercise, please make sure you cleanse again.  Or, if you sweat from chronic stress, you may find the need to remove this extra sweat.

I actually recommend rinsing off rather than washing too much.  The reason is that when you wash too much, you’re actually stripping your skin of the natural oils it needs.  If this happens, your body will respond by making more.  If your skin is already oily, this isn’t something you want because it can contribute to more acne.  Do you see where I’m going with this?  Do you now see what cause back acne?  So, wash regularly (2 times a day), rinse again if necessary and exfoliate regularly.

Live by this simple rule:

On the days you shave, you should exfoliate your body.  Doing so will help keep your skin smooth, it will help control acne and body acne (bacne), and it will help you from getting in-grown hairs.

Get ready to show that smooth, blemish free skin once again!
