What is honey?

Honey is made by nature.  Honeybees make honey by using pollen from flowers.  The whole process is quite amazing and I won’t get into the technical process of how they do it but it is fascinating if you ever want to learn about it.  All we really need to know is that the honeybees make the honey to sustain themselves.  It’s food for their hive and it helps to sustain us by pollinating plants that will bring us food.  That, by itself, can help our skin.
