Great skin through the seasons
I always wanted to have great skin all year long. I mean, who doesn’t want great skin through the seasons? It’s normal for everyone to be worried about how your skin feels and looks – not only your face and body but also your feet. You want soft skin everywhere.
Here, you can get Free practical advice on caring for your skin!
Dry, cracked feet?
A big problem for many women are dry, cracked feet. We often don’t worry as much about it in the winter as we do the summer but we wish we have nice looking feet all year long. Schedule a spa appointment every month or so to keep those feet looking their best. Or, you can also do it at home – saving you time and money. It really doesn’t take a lot of time to ensure you have smooth feet. Learn how to do pedicures at home.

If you’re like most women, we love to take care of ourselves but sometimes we don’t have the time. Why not try to exfoliate at home? Our natural foot scrubber is so easy to use that it will take you just minutes to take care of yourself and you’ll be amazed at how great you feel!
Great skin through the seasons
That covers our feet but what about the rest of our bodies? Our entire body needs attention and great skin through the seasons can be achieved. You may notice that your skin is oily during parts of the year and drier during other times. The absolute best way to have great skin any time of year is to exfoliate.

But, why exfoliate? What are the benefits of skin exfoliation?
Even though our skin does “self-exfoliate” (your skin will exfoliate itself in its natural process), it still needs a lot of help because it is unable to do it fully on its own. When you manually exfoliate your skin using a skin scrub, you more effectively remove dead skin cells and you help increase circulation – which is a really good thing. You will quickly see softer, smoother and healthier glowing skin.
Exfoliating is especially good for those of us with oily skin because that oil clogs your pores and can cause acne. If, instead, your skin is dry, your skin will tend to look dull without regular exfoliation. So, everyone needs to exfoliate – it just depends on how often.

What skin type are you?
If your skin flakes all day every day, you have dry skin. Or, maybe you have dry skin on your cheeks but you have an oily shine on your forehead, nose and chin; if so, this is combination skin. Obviously, if you feel oily all over, you have oily skin. If you easily get redness and irritation, you have sensitive skin. You can try our Nutt So Ruff Face scrub for sensitive skin.
And, if you have none of the above most of the time, you have normal skin – congratulations, you are one of the few!!!! Regardless of your skin type everyone should exfoliate.
If you are still asking yourself, “What skin type do I have”, there are simple tests you can do to test for skin type. Use a tissue and blot your face in several areas, looking at the tissue each time. If you blot your entire face and there are no spots on the tissue and your face feels dry, you have dry skin. If you blot your skin and you have oily spots on the tissue from your forehead, nose and chin, you have combination skin. But, if you only have a small amount of oil, in these areas, you probably have normal skin.
In either case, because dead skin cells accumulate very fast, it inhibits the skins natural exfoliating ability and moisture absorption; it will also cause your skins’ natural exfoliation process to slow down or stop altogether. Therefore, regular exfoliation practices will allow your skin to absorb more moisture, reduce fine lines from wrinkles, and decrease acne.
