Ways to use Tart Cherry Juice

Obviously, you can drink tart cherry juice on its own.  Not everyone likes the taste because it can be, well, tart.  I don’t mind it but I’ve been drinking it for awhile.  There are other ways to use tart cherry juice.

One of those ways is by adding it to your morning smoothie or your after-workout smoothie.  It gives it a great flavor and you’re helping your skin.  But, one of my all time favorite ways is to flavor my kombucha with it.  I’ve been making my own kombucha for years now and the tart cherry flavored ones always are my favorite flavorings.  But, anyway you choose to drink it, know that it can help make your skin look and be healthy – what an inexpensive way to look great!
