Does detox make you poop
Detox your liver if you are having abnormal uterine bleeding. Addressing the liver problems can help your body function better. But, does detox make you poop?
Signs of Liver Problems
There are many signs of liver problems that we generally don’t realize are liver related because we tend to attribute it to stressors in our lives. Mood swings, insomnia, acne, weight gain and headaches are just some of the signs of liver problems.

None are fun to deal with but when you start experiencing heavy periods, you may be able to help your body function better by making some changes in your life. Heavy periods aren’t fun to deal with. In fact, they can really disrupt your daily life, especially when you’re worried about period flooding. It’s the worst and it can really take a toll on your mental health.

Hormone imbalances
Your headaches, PMS problems and heavy periods could be the cause of a hormone imbalance. The imbalance could be because of the foods you are putting in your body and the products you are using on your skin. All of this causes the liver to work overtime and it gets tired. If your liver starts slowing down and thus, unable to deal with the hormone imbalance, you start to see the problems I’ve mentioned. It’s important to recognize our roles in these problems so that we can make shifts in our habits and change our lives for the better.

Diet plays a role
Diet plays a huge role in how we look and feel. Look at Gweneth Paltrow. Recently, she talked about how she consumes a lot of bone broth and how she focuses on an anti-inflammatory diet. She got a lot of slack for this but her point is that she – along with her doctor – is trying to deal with her long-haul COVID-19 issues. Part of this is being dealt with by her diet – by eating anti-inflammatory foods. Diet does play a role in how we feel (and look for that matter).
Sluggish liver treatment
We need to detox our livers because it needs to start working properly. To work properly, it needs to flush the toxins out of our bodies. But, does detox make you poop? Yes, and that’s a good thing so that we get that junk out! The last thing we want to do is keep all those toxins inside of us wreaking more havoc – causing more period problems like heavy bleeding! So, drink some celery juice, eat some broccoli, drink plenty of water and watch what you are putting on your skin. You’ll see the effects of endocrine disruptors diminish!

So there you have it. Detox can make you poop more but that’s a good thing. Flush out those toxins and start feeling better – inside and out.
