Here are the 5 healthy skin habits I would recommend you start doing so that your skin stays in tip top shape.

- First and foremost is: Manage your stress – stress takes a huge toll on us and you should take steps to control it. Learn how to manage stress because there is support for you.
- Eat healthy and drink lots and lots of water.
- Protect your skin from the sun – choose a good sunblock with UVA and UVB protection.
- Stop smoking.
- Be gentle with your skin. Washing 2 times per day is usually sufficient.
Stress and what it does
Stress affects us in many ways. There are emotional signs of stress, physical, behavioral, and other signs of stress. Whatever the effect, stress does take a toll. The stress induced skin issues can really become a problem – for example, stress acne. The bottom line is that we need to manage our stress in order to look and feel better.

Eating habits
