Is Eye Cream needed?
Noticing puffiness and dark circles under your eyes? Is eye cream needed? When should you start using eye cream?
Aging
It’s something we can’t get away from. We’re all going to age. You may start noticing those dark circles and puffiness at any time. Some people start getting them in their 20’s while others don’t have a problem until their 30’s or 40’s. Whenever you start seeing this, it’s time to do something about it because you might have started to ask yourself, “is eye cream necessary”?

Inflammation
Most likely, if you’re starting to see them in your 20’s, it could be due to inflammation – either from eating the wrong foods (think high sodium foods) or drinking too much alcohol. Another reason is not enough sleep. If you’re not resting enough because you’re burning the candle at both ends, your face is going to show it.

When to use eye cream
This is one of those things that you probably can’t start soon enough. I should have started in my 30’s at the latest but I waited until my 40’s. But do eye creams really work?
Eye Cream benefits
Is eye cream needed? And, do eye creams really work? The simple answer is yes! Eye creams will contain oil that your under-eye area really needs as well as other ingredients that can help puffiness. They might even contain caffeine, which really helps puffiness. You be the judge as I did an experiment with an eye cream where I only applied under one eye for a few days. If you want to try to reverse some of these signs of aging, the benefits of using eye cream are there.
