Whether you like broccoli or not, broccoli has a lot of benefits, to both our bodies and skin.  Broccoli seed oil for skin is amazing and if you’re dry, you should use it regularly.

Why is broccoli so good for your skin?

  • Broccoli is so nutritious and helps our bodies detoxify.  There are many ways to get rid of toxins and this is just one way you can detox at home.
  • There is no fat in broccoli and it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals – something our bodies need!
  • The calcium helps our bones and our teeth!
  • The fiber helps our guts.
  • Keeps us at ideal weights.
  • Makes our brains work better
  • Great for our skin in so many ways

But what if you don’t like broccoli?  Sadly, you will be missing all these great benefits but there is some good news.  If you use broccoli seed oil for skin, you can help your body!

There are some big benefits.  These are:
