Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

You did it!  The Self Confidence 30 Day Challenge during Suicide prevention awareness month!  It’s been a long month but it was worth it!  During September’s Suicide Prevention Month, we took steps every day to help ourselves and others.  You should be proud of yourself – I know I am!  Let’s take a look back at what we accomplished.
